Yes. We are the official authorized Schwinn Fitness distributor for Mauritius, under license from Johnson Health Tech Co., Ltd., the brand owner since 2001.
Our equipment is delivered within 5 to 10 working days anywhere on the island. Home delivery is free. Installation by a certified technician is available as an add-on.
Our technicians come to your home to assemble your equipment, perform initial adjustments and walk you through how to use it. Plan for approximately 1 hour of installation.
All our Schwinn products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour. Some models include extended warranties: 10 years on the AC Power frame, 5 years on key components of premium models.
Yes, our after-sales service is entirely managed in Mauritius. Local stock of spare parts for popular models and on-site interventions anywhere on the island.
Our team supports you 100% online (WhatsApp, phone, email) to analyse your goals, fitness level and available space at home. We provide detailed specs, product videos and precise dimensions so you can choose with confidence before ordering.
Both bikes share the same frame and the same 18 kg flywheel. The 800IC adds ANT+ connectivity on top of Bluetooth, making it compatible with a wider range of cycling apps.
Yes, JRNY is fully available in English: interface, guided sessions, voice coaching and communications.
We accept credit card, bank transfer and cheque. Instalment payment in 3 or 4 instalments at no extra cost is available subject to conditions.
